How would I be able to search inside my phone to see if my boyfriend?
Thank you for the A2A. First, I have to say that Im sorry to hear youre in this situation. John Howards solution of resetting the phone should get rid of any tracking apps, if there are any. However, it will also mean youll lose your call history and text messages on the phone. Youll want to back those up ahead of time (there are apps to do so), but even then, it wont be perfect. Its a last resort. Whether you can detect a tracking app or not depends on how good he is. Some of them will show under apps. If you see something in there, you have your answer. If not, it could be that he knows how to hide the app. So, at that point, if you want to find out if hes tracking you or reading your messages, youll have to plant some traps. Send text messages that might make him react. Send a mysterious, I cant wait to see you next week to a friend with a name that could be male or female (Frankie, Kelly, Andy, Pat, etc.). Or, tell your boyfriend youre meeting a friend, but be mysterious about it. See if he follows you or happens to run into you and your friend, which is a sign he might be tracking you, or at least following you. I wish I had more answers. Hopefully, youre just paranoid, but if you think he doesnt trust you and is spying on you, theres a good chance he is. :(
